The LARP program maintains an apartment at 22 Ave de Vessy, Ferney
Voltaire, France, which is available to LARP collaborators working at
CERN for extended periods.
The apartment has two guest rooms,
which are available on a more or less first come, first served basis,
with some preference given to those staying on the order of a few
weeks. There is no direct charge for the use of the
apartment, but guests are expected to do their share of the cleaning
and stocking of general supplies. In particular:
At the moment, we have no cleaning service, so guests are
expected to bring their own sheets and towels.
Everyone is expected to do his or her part to keep the common
areas clean and stocked with general supplies.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Dates on the reservation refer to the nightsthat
the person will be staying. For example, if a reservation is
from Janauary 15th to January 20th, that means the person will arrive
on the 15th and depart on the 21st! Unless previous arrangements are
made, it is assumed that the room will be available for the next tenant
by noon on the first day of his/her reservation.
